Total Voting Rights
StratMin (AIM: STGR), the graphite production and exploration company with assets in Madagascar, announces a correction to its Issue of Shares announcement on 9 December 2013, in which Stratmin erroneously announced the numbers of shares outstanding for the Company. The correct number of shares outstanding at that date was 69,920,754 instead of the incorrectly announced 65,754,087.
As such, and as reflected above, the total number of shares in issue at 19 December 2013 is 69,920,754. The figure of 69,920,754 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
