TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company hereby notifies the market that, as at 1 May 2018, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue is 53,836,994, of which none are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 1 May 2018 is therefore 53,836,994. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
