Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31 March 2021 the total number of ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company was 511,541,694 each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 511,541,694.
The above figure of 511,541,694 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Target Healthcare REIT plc, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
