No shares were held in treasury at the date of thisannouncement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company istherefore 56,092,994. The above figure (56,092,994 ordinary shares of 10p each) may be used byshareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they willdetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in theirinterest in, Emerald under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
