Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc ("the Company") announces that its issued share capital consists of 107,950,000 ordinary shares of 10p with each share carrying the right to one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 107,950,000.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
