Tiger Resource Finance PLC01 August 2007 Tiger Resource Finance plc ("Tiger" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights The Company's issued share capital on 31 July 2007 was 202,071,939 ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'),. The Company held27,250,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury, which do not carry voting rights, atthat date. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 174,821,939. The above figure of 174,821,939 may be used by shareholders in the Company asthe denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, theshare capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
