Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

The Company announces that the total number of Falkland Islands Holdings plc ordinary shares of 10p each in issue at the date of this notice is 9,218,902. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote and there are no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in FIH is therefore 9,218,902.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
