Derwent London PLC02 January 2008 DERWENT LONDON PLC VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: 129,393 ordinary shares were issued during December 2007 and our issued sharecapital now consists of 100,703,194 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with votingrights. The total number of voting rights in Derwent London plc, therefore, is100,703,194. The Company holds no treasury shares. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change of their interest in, Derwent London plc under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
