Voting Rights and Capital

Arden Partners plc ('Arden Partners') confirms that at 31 August 2009 its issued share capital comprises 24,927,421 ordinary shares of 10p each.

All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights, and none of the ordinary shares is held in Treasury.  The total number of voting rights in Arden Partners is therefore 24,927,421.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden Partners under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
