Mothercare PLC19 June 2007 19 June 2007. Via RNS Notification of Major Interests in Shares Mothercare plc announce that D.C. Thomson & Company Limited have an interest inthe voting rights of Mothercare plc amounting to 8,813,955 ordinary shares of50p each equivalent to 10.107% of the total voting rights of the Company. The voting rights were acquired by D.C. Thomson & Company Limited following theacquisition of Chelsea Stores Holdings Limited by Mothercare plc on 19 June2007.
