Pennant International Group PLC27 December 2006 Pennant International Group Plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital 27 December 2006 In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Company confirmsthat, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises32,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each. 338,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rightsin the Company is therefore 31,662,000. All of the Ordinary Shares have equalvoting rights. The figure of 31,662,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Companyunder the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
