Dillistone Group PLC19 December 2006 Dillistone Group Plc ("the Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company's issued share capital comprises 5,400,000 ordinary shares of 5peach. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of the sharesare held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is, therefore,5,400,000.
