Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at the close of business on 30 August 2019, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 76,073,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary Share). The Company held no Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Accordingly, this figure of 76,073,000 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
