Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Section 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Ark Therapeutics Group plc (LSE: AKT) ("Ark" or the "Company") confirms that as at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 209,045,051 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to the interest in, Ark under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
