Byotrol PLC19 January 2007 Byotrol Plc ("Byotrol") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 0.25p of Byotrol in issue as at the date of this notice is 43,287,849with each share carrying the right to one vote.
