TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Betfair Group plc (the "Company") confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 30 October 2015 was 92,947,240 shares with a nominal value of 0.095 pence each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury as at the date of this announcement.

This figure of 92,947,240 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
