Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that following the issue of shares announced on 4 November 2011 and 29 November 2011, the Company now has 1,263,628,585 ordinary shares of nil par value with voting rights in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,263,628,585. The Company does not hold any shares as treasury shares
