DTR 5.6.1 DISCLOSURE

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares of £0.003 ('Shares') in issue now stands at 85,428,547 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 85,428,547. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.

The increase in the total number of Shares in issue is a result of 37,045 Shares having been issued to satisfy the exercise of options under the River and Mercantile Group SAYE Scheme.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
