As at 28 September 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 93,093,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence, carrying one vote each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore as at 28 September 2018, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 93,093,000.
