As at 28 February 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 229,332,478 ordinary shares. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 229,332,478.

There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
