Tristel PLC30 April 2007 Tristel PLC (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 24,442,880 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 24,442,880. The above figure of 24,442,880 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders inthe Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determineif they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interestin, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
