Tiger Resource Finance PLC22 December 2006 Tiger Resource Finance plc ("Tiger" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 200,881,939 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 p each ('Ordinary Shares'), with voting rights. The Company holds 7,900,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 192,981,939. The above figure of 192,981,939 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
