Total Voting Rights

In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1(R) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 151,649,752 ordinary shares with a nominal value of USD0.01 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in PME is 151,649,752. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, PME under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
