Voting Rights and Share Capital Update
As at 31 March 2019, the Company's issued share capital consists of 493,000,636 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. Each Ordinary Share entitles the holder to a single vote at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
That figure may be used by shareholders as the "denominator" for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
