In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the market is notified of the following:
The Company's issued voting capital consists of 210,413,419 ordinary shares of 1 penny each. ZincOx does not hold any shares in treasury.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in ZincOx Resources plc under the DTRs.
