Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, Sabre Insurance Group ("Sabre" or the "Company") today announces that as at 30 June 2026, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 245,548,866 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 245,548,866.

The above figure of 245,548,866 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
