Amino Technologies PLC12 December 2006 AMINO TECHNOLOGIES PLC ('Company' or 'AMINO') Total Voting Rights AMINO announces that, For the purposes of the transitional provisions of theFinancial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the totalnumber of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of IQL in issue as at the date of thisnotice is 58,263,052 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 58,263,052.
