ANNOUNCEMENT

Electrica informs the shareholders and investors about the publication of the revised Corporate Governance Code together with the corporate policies and the other documents to which it refers. As a novelty, two new policies have been approved by the Board of Directors and will enter into force starting with 14 February 2020: The Policy regarding the Organization and Running of Electrica's General Meetings of Shareholders and The IR Corporate Disclosure Policy.

The revised Corporate Governance Code and the corporate policies and documents are available on the Electrica website under the Corporate Governance section (https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/corporate-governance/).
