Emblaze Ltd17 January 2006 Tender Offer Ra'anana, Israel, Tuesday 17 January 2006: Emblaze Ltd (Emblaze or "the Group")(LSE:BLZ), Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze") today announced that it has commenced atender offer pursuant to which it proposes to purchase from the shareholders ofKi-Bi Mobile Technologies Ltd (AIM: KIB) ("Ki-Bi") an aggregate of five per centof the issued and outstanding share capital of Ki-Bi. Emblaze proposes to paythe Ki-Bi shareholders 41 Pence for each Ki-Bi share validly tendered andaccepted by Emblaze. If the tender offer is accepted, Emblaze expects to pay anaggregate of approximately £418,100 as consideration for the tendered shares. The tender offer will expire on Tuesday 7 February 2006, at 3:00 pm London time.If the tender offer is accepted by the holders (other than Emblaze, personsacting on Emblaze's behalf, persons having the ability to control, or holdingmore than 25% of the issued share capital of, Ki-Bi, or persons acting on behalfof any of the foregoing, including in each case certain relatives of andentities controlled by such persons) of a majority of the Ki-Bi shares ordepositary interests beneficially owned by the Ki-Bi shareholders and depositaryinterests holders whose forms of acceptance or forms of direction, as the casemay be, relating to the tender offer are received by Capita Registrars, Ki-Bi'sregistrars, prior to the foregoing date of expiration of the tender offer(regardless of the amount of Ki-Bi shares or depositary interests tendered bysuch persons), the Ki-Bi shareholders and depositary interests holders thatshall have, prior to the foregoing time of expiration, either not validlytendered their Ki-Bi shares or depositary interests or otherwise indicated thatthey do not accept the tender offer, shall have the right to tender their Ki-Bishares or depositary interests until Saturday, 11 February 2006 at 3:00 pmLondon time. Upon consummation of the tender offer, Emblaze will increase its holdings inKi-Bi from approximately 24.95 per cent to approximately 29.95 per cent.
