The Directors of GoldStone Resource Limited ("the Company") note the recent rise in the Company's share price and announce that they are in advanced negotiations regarding a joint venture opportunity in Ghana over a gold project and a further announcement will be made in due course. The Directors know of no other reason for the rise in the Company's share price.
