Statement re Share Price Movement
Tricor notes the recent increase in the Company's share price and trading volumes and the Directors wish to notify the market that they are not aware of any reason for this. As previously announced, the Company's VAT tribunal commenced on 9 January 2012 and the final outcome of this is not expected for several weeks whilst it follows its course. Tricor will make a further announcement on this matter when appropriate.
