Eurotunnel confirms that it is in advanced negotiations towards a globalfinancial restructuring for the group with the Ad Hoc Committee of Creditors,and with the Goldman Sachs and Macquarie groups. Eurotunnel will keep the market informed of progress in these discussions and,in the event, of the conclusion of an agreement.
