Future Internet Technologies PLC09 November 2005 Termination of discussions in respect of an acquisition Further to the announcement made on 21 October 2005, the Board of FutureInternet Technologies Plc (the "Company") announces that the preliminarydiscussions that referred to a possible acquisition have now ceased. As aresult, the Board has requested that the London Stock Exchange restores theCompany's ordinary share capital to trading on AIM.
