Statement re results of General Meeting

(THE "COMPANY")

RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

The Company advises that for the General Meeting held in accordance with Section 199 of The Company's (Guernsey) Law, 2008 as amended (the "Law") on 10 April 2013, valid proxy appointments were made in the respect of the two voting shares and voting was as follows;

IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr Francois-Xavier Foucault as a director of the Company. [Two votes cast, both in favour].

IT WAS RESOLVED to elect Mr John Le Prevost as a director of the Company. [Two votes cast, both in favour]. 

IT WAS RESOLVED to re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP as Auditors to the Company, to hold office and from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next General Meeting to be held in 2014 under the Law and to authorise the directors to determine their remuneration. [Two votes cast, both in favour].

IT WAS RESOLVED to receive the Annual Financial Report of the Company for the year ended 31 October 2012. [Two votes cast, both in favour].
