Softbank Corp22 June 2007 June 22, 2007 SOFTBANK CORP. Dividends Receipt from Consolidated Subsidiary SOFTBANK CORP. (hereinafter "SOFTBANK") today received dividends from YahooJapan Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative; MasahiroInoue), a consolidated subsidiary of SOFTBANK as follows. This is based on thedividend from surplus resolved at Yahoo Japan Corporations Ordinary ShareholdersMeeting held on June 21, 2007. 1. Outline (1) Receipt amount : approximately 2.3 billion yen (2) Date of reception : June 22, 2007 2. Impact on financial results SOFTBANK expects to record approximately 2.3 billion yen in dividends receivedas non-operating income on a stand-alone basis, for the fiscal year ending March31, 2008. As a result, SOFTBANK expects that the above mentioned dividendsreceipt will contribute approximately 2.3 billion yen to ordinary income andapproximately 1.4 billion yen to net income. On a consolidated basis, dividends received from a consolidated subsidiary willbe eliminated as inter-company transaction.
