Intellego Holdings PLC10 November 2006 For immediate release 10 November 2006 Intellego Holdings plc ("Intellego" or the "Company") Former Director Share Placement Intellego Holdings Plc ("Intellego"), was notified on 10 November 2006 that3,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company belonging to Edward Arnett, formerdirector of Intellego, have been placed by the Companys' brokers. Mr Arnett now holds 6,820,000 ordinary shares, representing 11.64% of theCompany's issued share capital. The Company's nominated adviser and broker have waived Mr Arnett's lock-in inrespect of this sale which has a two year period from Admission, expiring on 13December 2006.
