PNC TELECOM PLC ("the Company") Shareholding Directors' Dealings

On 14 February 2007, the Company was informed that on that date James Poulton sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") and now holds 16,052,500 Shares or 7.36% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 14 February 2007 that on that date Joe Case,Director, purchased 1,000,000 Shares at 0.4p per ordinary share.
