EMED Mining Public Limited28 September 2007 AIM: EMED 28 September 2007 EMED MINING PUBLIC LIMITED ("EMED Mining" or "the Company") Change in Significant Shareholding EMED Mining Public Limited (the "Company") advises that it has been notified bythe RMB Holdings group of companies that their interest in the issued ordinaryshare capital of the Company has increased from 3.8% (being 4,791,667 sharesheld by RMB Australia Holdings Limited prior to the recent placement by theCompany) to 5.2% (being 7,732,902 shares). The change was as a result of theacquisition of 2,353,000 in the recent placement and 588,235 shares in thesecondary market by another RMB Holdings entity, RMB Resources Ltd as trusteefor Telluride Investment Trust.
