Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions, announces that a circular was posted to shareholders on 29 October 2015 (the "Circular"). The Circular contains a Notice of General Meeting to convene a shareholder meeting on 16 November 2015 at the Company's offices, 997 Manchester Road, Ashton under Lyne, Greater Manchester OL7 0ED, commencing at 11.30am, to approve and adopt a new Long Term Incentive Plan.
