Shareholding and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that on 28 April 2011 the following Employees of the Company were allotted, ordinary shares in the Company in accordance with their respective service contracts:

These shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Application has been made for these ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected to become effective on 5 May 2011.
Following Admission the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 25,356,576 Ordinary Shares with no shares being held in treasury. As a result, the total number of voting rights in NetDimensions, and the figure to be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules, is 25,356,576 Ordinary Shares.
