IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 24 April 2012, the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") purchased 50,000 shares in the Company at a price of 349.40p per share.
Following the purchase the EBT holds 70,000 shares representing 0.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
