15 December 2014VinaLand LimitedShare buybackVinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 12 December 2014, pursuant to the share buyback authority added to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association on 10 December 2010, the Company purchased 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 each at an average price of USD0.5849 per share.Following these transactions, VNL has spent USD35.0 million overall repurchasing 64,602,402 shares which have been cancelled.
