Scrip Dividend Scheme
The Company announces that on 30 August 2019 it will allot and issue 591,496 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend for the period for the six months ended 31 May 2019 (the "Interim Dividend"), payable on 30 August 2019, to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme").
Applications have been made for admission of the Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 30 August 2019.
