Sale of portfolio company
Sigma, the property and urban regeneration specialist, announces that its legacy venture capital fund management division has agreed the sale of a portfolio company. As a result, the Group is expected to benefit from a cash inflow of c. £0.20m and profit contribution due to the release of provisions of c. £0.17m in the second half of the financial year.
