RusHydro sets coupons rate under series 09 bonds

October 16, 2017. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has announced rate for 6 coupon under series 09 bonds is set at 7.50% per. annum. The coupon rate from 7 to 16 under series 09 is set at the same level.

In April 2015 RusHydro successfully placed series 09 bonds in the amount of RUB 10 bn issue (state registration number 4-09-55038-E). The coupon rate for the first - to five coupon payments was set at 12.75%. The issue was included in the Quotation list 'A' Level 1 on MOEX.
