LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, notes a typo in part of its RNS announcement no: 6994H dated 7 April and restates the relevant part of the RNS as follows:
"The Company confirms that it has received professional advice that the EGM can proceed notwithstanding the injunction brought by Lekoil Nigeria, as notified to the market on 6 April 2022."
