ResultsĀ of Annual General Meeting
Melrose Resources plcĀ (LSE: MRS)Ā ("the Company")Ā is pleased to announce thatĀ at the Annual General Meeting of the Company heldĀ today at Tods Murray LLP, Edinburgh Quay, 133 Fountainbridge Edinburgh EH3 9AG,Ā all resolutionsĀ put to the Meeting were passed unanimously on a show of hands.
