Result of Open Offer

The Company is pleased to announce the result of the Open Offer which closed at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 26 July. The Open Offer has raised approximately £1.025 million and accordingly 68,312,935 Offer Shares have been issued at a price of 1.5p each.

The number of Offer Shares applied for by Qualifying Shareholders under their Basic Entitlement was 46,567,096 Offer Shares, representing approximately 33.3 per cent of the total number of Offer Shares available. All applications by Qualifying Shareholders for their Basic Entitlement have been satisfied in full. 

The number of Offer Shares applied for by Qualifying Shareholders under the Excess Application Facility amounted to 21,745,839 Offer Shares. All applications by Qualifying Shareholders under the Excess Application Facility have been satisfied in full. 

Application has been made for admission to trading on AIM of the Offer Shares and this is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 27 July 2011. 

The definitions used in this announcement, unless otherwise stated, are as defined in the circular dated 5 July 2011 which was sent to Shareholders in connection with the Open Offer.
