Results of the board of directors meeting held on August 17, 2022
The Board of Directors in its meeting on August 17, 2022 resolved the following:
1- Approved the minutes of the previous Board of Directors meeting.
2- Decided to give the opinion regarding the MTO upon the completion of the fair value assessment report that will be issued by the financial advisor.
3- Appointed BDO consulting firm as an independent financial advisor responsible for issuing a fair value assessment report for Domty Shares.
