Result of General Meeting and Change of Name to Amedeo Resources Plc
We are pleased to confirm that, effective today and following the general meeting of shareholders of the Company held earlier today where all the proposed resolutions were unanimously passed, Creon Resources Plc has been renamed Amedeo Resources Plc.
It is expected that the Company's TIDM code will change from "CRO" to "AMED" with effect from 08.00 on 18 October 2013.
